By using Garavio, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms may change over time, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Use of Garavio

Garavio is a web application that helps auto repair shops manage customers, vehicles, appointments, and repair jobs. You may use Garavio for lawful business purposes only. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the system.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at contact@garavio.com.

Workshop and customer data

You own the customer and vehicle data you enter into Garavio. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

You may not use Garavio to:

• Store or transmit illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users or workshops.
• Disrupt the service or interfere with other users.
• Reverse engineer or scrape the application.

Availability and changes

Garavio is provided as an early MVP and may change over time. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, limits, and pricing may change as the product evolves. We will communicate significant changes when possible.

Payments and paid plans

Paid plans (Starter and Pro) are available through secure checkout powered by Lemon Squeezy. Subscription status is currently verified manually while automated billing sync is being finalized. The Free plan remains available within its stated limits.

Limitation of liability

Garavio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of the service, except where required by law. You are responsible for maintaining backups of critical business data.

Termination

You may stop using Garavio and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if necessary for legal or security reasons. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
